Plant Based Poppers

INGREDIENTS
– 18-20 jalapeños (larger one are better for stuffing)
– 1lb of Beyond Sausage or sausage of your choice
– Plant Based Cream Cheese 
– 1 cup of cheese ( we used 1-2 cup plant based mozzarella and 1/2 cup plant based parmesan)
– Italian seasoning
– S&P

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR POPPERS –

1. Add sausage to skillet and start to brown

2. While sausage cooks – Cut tops of jalapeños off and slice length wise

3. Gut ribs and seeds of jalapeños with spoon then place in pan 

4. Add cream cheese, cheese, Italian seasoning, S&P to pan with sausage. (Season to your liking)

5. Grate Parmesan cheese to desired creaminess – Preheat Oven 400 degrees while mixture cools down.

7. While oven is preheating stuff jalapeños with sausage, cream cheese, cheese mixture

8. Once the oven is ready to go – Place poppers in the oven for 25-30 min(s) or until desired tenderness of peppers. And wallah!
