Hey! I’m Rose…

Hey! Im Rob (Bob)..my fitness background started back when I was freshman in high school. I started to hit the weightroom with upperclassmen and ever since I have been in the gym, out on the field/track or just simply being active outside. Over the years, my passion for fitness and lifting weights grew. It coincided with my growing commitment to competitive soccer up and through my college soccer career.

Through my experiences, I have been through college summer strength workouts, conditioning programs, hypertrophy programs, exercise challegnes (Fill the Sleeves, Squatober, Deadcember), self developed hypertrophy programs and self-developed HIIT exercises. 

 I don’t have set style of weight training or fitness dogma I follow; I like to incorporate a bit of everything into what I do whether it be strength training, hypertrophy training, HIIT or just straight up cardio.I will incorporate more of one style/dogma depending on the goal I am trying to achieve. 

I look forward to sharing my thoughts on fitness, living a healthy lifestyle and some of my favorite recipes with you guys!
